at 9am or 2.30pm, this 3-hour tour takes you to the fringes
of the city of Kuala Lumpur abound with cottage industries
and natural reserves. You will have a first hand view of how
beautiful pewter products are manufactured at the world
famous Royal Selangor Factory. Then, observe how
local batik is made at one of the cottage industries.
Finally, visit the Batu Caves, famous site of the
annual Thaipusam Festival (held in January/February),
where almost a million devotees congregate to the site.
272-steps lead you to the top of the hill where a natural
limestone cavern houses a Hindu shrine. While climbing up,
watch out for the cheeky monkeys that line the way.
